Cowans Law have excelled themselves in what they do best... Driven Partridge and Driven Pheasant on a range of estates thoughout Scotland. Our reputation is everything to us, we deliver personal and effective service.
Young or inexperienced guns can arrange to be coached throughout the day by our extremely experienced staff.
Highly trained gundogs are provided to retrieve the game but visiting guns are welcome to bring their own dogs to retrieve. Gun dog training can also be arranged on a one-to-one basis.

- High quality driven pheasant and partridge
- Walked-up mixed days including pheasant, partridge, grouse, woodcock, snipe, ducks, hares and rabbits

Driven Partridge and Pheasant days for 120/300 birds are available from September to January. Driven days are ideal for parties of 7/8 guns and give everyone the ultimate amount of shooting in 3 drives before lunch and 2 drives in the afternoon. Each gun will receive a brace of Partridges or Pheasants at the end of your day.
Walked-up days are based on Partridge, Pheasant and Woodcock, Snipe, Rabbits and Hares. Each party can shoot between 40 and 70 birds with 6/8 guns. Evening duck flights by arrangement.
Novice and experienced guns are all made welcome and we can also arrange a loader gun hire,and cartridges. All visiting guns should have a British Game Licence and shooting BASC Insurance.
