Cowans Law shooting school is run and managed with passion and dedication by Jay Steel and Lesley Heir.

Jay has been involved in Clay Shooting since 1982, she represented Scotland and was a team member in 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95.

Jay was the first lady in Britain to shoot the ultimate score of 100/300 at Bywell Shooting Ground in Northumberland, hitting 100 first Barrel targets.
